Unhurried

A painting born from where lines blur and everything slows down. Unhurried is a sweeping, gentle skyscape that melts into the sea but you aren't quite sure where exactly. Built up with an understated confidence that invites you to settle into something a little bit softer. A hazy, gentle outlook on to what could be. The opening piece of the Unhurried chapter, within the Where The Light Lands collection.

A quick note on size, because I want you to have the right thing. A painting that looks generous on your phone can look a bit apologetic over a sofa (or the other way round). If you're unsure, send me a photo of where you want it to go and I'll help you work it out. Reach out here to get started.

Returns accepted. You have 30 days from your purchase date to return a piece. Email jade@almacarastudio.com on receipt if you are unhappy, quoting your order reference and reason for return, and I will arrange a refund. Items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

I'm Jade, and I paint on the Essex/Cambridgeshire border. Every piece starts with slowing down and sitting with a feeling or a memory. Then I build up layers of texture and colour until the light feels right. More about me here.
